The Università dei Sapori – University of Flavor was founded in 2000 for the following purposes:

  • to train young human resources and convey professional profiles in the food sector, to promote employment in this job sector
  • to contribute to market repositioning on the market of companies operating in the food sector
  • to valorize and promote typical agribusiness productions and the culture of nutrition.
Each training intervention proposed by the University of Flavor is the result of the constant and in-depth dialectic with the business world, coupled with the integration of the different areas of expertise and experiences of the public and private subjects that are part of the organization.
