The University of Flavor is located in Umbria, the green heart of Italy, where art and nature, city and country, myth and reality, and spirituality and civilization are marvelously entwined. This is a region that is especially proud of its powerful culinary tradition.

The University fo Flavor is headquartered in Perugia, in a fascinating thirteenth-century monastery that has skillfully been restored in the heart of the ancient mediaeval city.

Southbound: take the A1 motorway (Milan-Rome) heading south.
Exit at Valdichiana (about 100 km south of Florence) and follow the signs for Perugia (exit at Perugia San Faustino).

Northbound: take the A1 motorway (Milan-Rome) heading north. Exit at Orte and follow the signs for Perugia (exit at Perugia Prepo).
